Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (from our Swimwear collection) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other items in our Dresses, Pants & Jumpsuits, Skirts & Shorts, and Tops collections are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item(s) – Use the original packaging if possible, including all tags and protective covers.
- Ship your return – Send your package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once the original is received and approved
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
