We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident you’ll love your Olivia Fashion pieces, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as elegant and straightforward as our collections.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, swimwear from our Swimwear collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

All other items in our Dresses, Pants & Jumpsuits, Skirts & Shorts, and Tops collections are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your item(s) – Use the original packaging with all tags and protective covers
  4. Ship your return – Send to the address we provide (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once the original is received and approved
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
